Saukshmya focuses on patent litigation, due diligence, and counseling. Her practice spans a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, telecommunications, and mechanical devices. She has experience in patent infringement litigations related to base station antenna technology and high frequency connectors and cables. She also has prior experience advising multinational and Indian companies from a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, renewable energy, FMCG and hospitality services in patent and trademark litigations before the Indian courts.

Saukshmya draws on her deep experience and training to draft opinions, conduct research into niche areas, assist with oral arguments and depositions. She has managed various aspects of litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial, including managing complex fact and expert discovery, depositions, drafting effective briefs and pre-trial preparation. Saukshmya also has trial experience working on direct and cross examinations of fact and expert witnesses, drafting Daubert and in limine motions. Additionally, she conducts strategic due diligence and freedom to operate analyses.

Saukshmya has been recognized by Patexia its ANDA Litigation Intelligence Report and listed among the Top 250 ANDA Attorneys for 2023.  Saukshmya is committed to improving diverse representation in the legal profession and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. At Twin Cities Diversity in Practice (TCDIP), she serves as the Chair of the Professional Development Committee (PDC) which develops advancement programs, mentorship, and networking opportunities for attorneys of color.  She has also provided pro bono representation through the Pro Se Project and volunteered for the United States District Court–District of Minnesota’s Open Doors to Federal Courts program.
