Cameron (“Cam”) Miller focuses his practice on patent litigation, trade secret misappropriation, and trademark infringement. His technological background gives him insights into several different industries to serve client needs.
Cam has experience in federal district court, along with extensive experience in multiple arbitrations. He has assisted clients in patent litigation matters involving biosimilars and mechanical tools. He further has trade secret experience in the manufacturing space, along with breach of contract. His arbitration experience has led him to see all stages of fast paced and high stakes litigation.
Prior to joining Carlson Caspers, Cam worked at an international intellectual property law firm and externed at the Wisconsin Department of Justice Public Protection Unit.
Outside of work, Cam enjoys playing hockey, figure skating, and warming back up inside with a nice book.
